  • Q: Do you always send the same housecleaners?
    We believe that it’s very important to always send the same team to clean your home and we do everything in our control to make this possible. If a member of your team is absent, we’ll do our best to find the most suitable replacement. All of our residential housekeepers undergo extensive training to ensure that the quality of our work is always consistent.
  • Q: How do I schedule or cancel a cleaning appointment?
    A: To schedule a cleaning appointment, you can contact us directly through our website or give us a call. Our cleaning hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 12 PM. If you require a specific time for your cleaning, please inform us during booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the slot to other clients who might need our services. If we receive three short-notice cancellations in a row (less than 24 hours before your appointment), your next service will automatically be charge as a deep clean.

    A: To ensure maximum efficiency and the best possible results from your Real Cleaning LLC, we kindly request that our clients take a few simple steps before our arrival. Please pick up any clothing, toys, and clutter from rooms, tables, and kitchens. This helps our professional cleaning team focus on delivering a thorough and meticulous cleaning experience. Place clean sheets folded on the bed if you would like us to change them. We arrive with all of the cleaning materials we need and take them with us when we leave. We’re proud to use the best products and vacuums on the market to ensure that we leave your home looking spotless. (Bona is the only product we request for our clients if desire to be use) But If you have any preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we’ll do everything we can to work with your requests.

    Payment is required on the day of service to ensure seamless transactions. We offer multiple payment options for your convenience: - 💳 Venmo / Cash App - 💳 Credit Card - 💳 Checks (Payable to: Real Cleaning LLC) Please leave your payment inside a sealed envelope for our staff to collect on the day of service. This ensures the security and efficiency of recollection for our staff.

    A: At Real Cleaning LLC. we take pride in delivering top-notch cleaning services backed by our comprehensive Guarantee & Liability Policy. Our policy ensures that if you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, we will re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost to you. This guarantee is in place to give you peace of mind and demonstrate our commitment to excellence. Furthermore, we take great care in handling your belongings with the utmost care, and we take every precaution to minimize risks. However, in the rare event of an accident happened we guarantee that we will do everything in our power to replace the damaged object. Our Liability Policy provides coverage for any potential damages or accidents that may occur during the cleaning process. We carry full liability insurance to protect our clients' properties and to make sure any incidents are promptly and professionally addressed.     To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
